I find the problem what cause this old opera version. new version is ok.

Yes, Opera Merlin (9.0) is no longer maintained so OperaGame isn't maintened either to work with it. 
Anyway, the current OperaGame's version won't work with the next version of OGame. But I'll correct it as soon as possible.
